President William Ruto suffers A Setback Police Officers Pull Out Of Haiti Mission

President William Ruto suffers a set back on his plan and major deal to deploy Kenya trained police officers to Haiti.


This is following the decision pf some of these officers to opt out of this mission sighting insecurity. Their decisions comes just few days after the Kenyan president William Ruto finalized an agreement with Haiti prime minister Henry Ariel to dispatch at least 1000 paramilitary officers from Kenya.


The role of these Kenyan police officers is to restore peace and to tackle armed gangs that have been causing unending trouble in Haiti.
This move which was made by his excellence William Ruto has been criticized by some political leaders with most of them pointing out risks involved in the mission. This led to the issue of court order questioning how legal was it to deploy Kenyan police officers to Haiti.

Despite the attempt by the court to intervened in the matter president William Ruto decided to finalize his plan.
The decision by some of the police officers to pull out of the mission underscores the risks surrounding peace keeping mission in western countries.
